CURRICULUM DESIGN
As master trainers and curriculum designers, we understand that training materials should be customized and engaging for the adult learner. We go to great lengths to ensure that we design dynamic, thought-provoking and inspiring content. We partner with client organizations to design and develop a wide variety of training programs to suit their organizations’ specific needs, building each program on a foundation of proven training tools and techniques.
SCP Maximizes Learning Outcomes
Prior to designing our training programs and customizing them to meet our clients’ unique needs, we explore the organization’s structure, culture, operating principles, resources, challenges and opportunities. We learn about any previously delivered training programs and seek to understand whether and how they succeeded (or failed) to deliver positive results, to ensure that our master trainers and facilitators far exceed expectations.
We take a methodical approach to training development to ensure maximum learning outcomes for participants. SCP’s training sessions span a number of topics and include an overview of the course materials, lectures, small-group activities and discussions. All SCP workshops and sessions can be customized for delivery in a classroom setting, as well as in virtual format.
The SCP training team confidently and consistently provides high-quality, interactive and engaging training program experiences that exceed our clients’ key objectives. Whether it is a government agency team-building training program or a training program for a large nonprofit to help improve leadership communication skills and board accountability, we consistently make a positive impact on individual and team performance. We provide training programs for numerous federal, state and local government entities, domestic and international nonprofit organizations, and several corporations of varying types and size.
