SCP’s leadership program is designed for supervisors and managers who would like to enhance their skills to engage the workforce and inspire and motivate high levels of performance, by coaching and creating resilience in times of disruption and by providing guidance on healthy conflict resolution. It ensures professional growth among supervisors and managers, by examining their leadership styles and helping them better understand the needs of others. Also available in this program are developmental assessments, including CliftonStrengths, MBTI, DiSC, SDI, FiroB, EQi 2.0, and the CPI.
