Strategic Consulting Partners is pleased to announce the reveal of our new logo celebrating the company’s 30th anniversary.

“We have grown from a team of one to more than 30 employees spanning the country and serving clients across the globe. 2024 is a milestone year in many ways for us. It’s a time of tremendous gratitude to our first clients, our early partners who believed in the mission of SCP, and most importantly to our immensely talented and dedicated team. Fewer than 25% of U.S. small businesses survive to 15 years and fewer still reach 30 years! To mark this achievement, we are expanding our services to include Organizational and Individual Health and Well-Being in the Workplace to meet the ever-evolving needs of our dynamic client base,” says Monica Gould, owner and president.

From first-generation immigrant to the founder of a globally recognized management consulting company, Monica’s early vision is still her guiding star: to create a consultancy of mission-driven individuals determined to make a positive contribution in the world. “Our remarkable growth in the past three decades is punctuated by one of our biggest federal contracts to date,” says Monica. Strategic Consulting Partners won a contract from the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) in January 2024 and serves as the prime contractor. SCP is providing world-class organizational and individual resilience programs designed to support USAID leaders, individuals, and teams as they work around the world to foster sustainable development, provide disaster assistance, and advance human dignity globally.
