SCP Owner & CEO Monica Gould has been honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award at the 2024 Conference for Women – Be Extraordinary! The recipient of this award is a woman who builds long-term business success, with strong community involvement and is adaptable in the changing business environment. She is innovative in her business strategy and recognized as a business leader.

From first generation immigrant to the founder of a globally recognized management consulting company. Monica’s early vision remains her guiding star 30 years later: to create a consultancy of mission-driven individuals determined to make a positive contribution to the world. 

“My goal is to never lose sight of our promise to build a healthy, vibrant organization where people can bring their whole selves to work.
