At Strategic Consulting Partners (SCP), our coaching philosophy is grounded in the International Coaching Federation (ICF) definition of professional coaching: a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires clients to maximize their personal and professional potential. We view coaching as a strategic partnership—one that empowers leaders to navigate complexity, foster self-awareness, and drive meaningful change.

Our coaching engagements are built on the ICF’s eleven core competencies, which we group into four key domains:

Coach Qualifications

SCP’s coaching team is composed of highly credentialed professionals with deep experience across sectors including higher education, government, nonprofit, and corporate environments. Most SCP coaches are certified through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), with many holding PCC (Professional Certified Coach) or MCC (Master Certified Coach) credentials.

Our coaches bring:
