Jenny Gallagher Blom headshotJenny Gallagher Blom, MA brings more than twenty years of experience in human services, community and organizational development, and strategic leadership to her role as Vice President of Community Benefit and Strategic Innovation at Strategic Consulting Partners. Since joining SCP, Jenny serves as project manager and lead consultant on strategic planning projects, providing facilitating and helping clients uncover critical insights. Some of Jenny’s clients include Journey Health System, PRONTO of Long Island, Hopebound Ministries, Legal Services Corporation (LSC), and PA Wilds.

During her 17-year tenure at The Salvation Army Harrisburg, she oversaw many different facets of program development, evaluation, implementation, and supervision, and grew programs and services by more than 370%. Jenny is passionate about meeting current community needs and secured, managed, monitored, and reported on a significant portfolio of federal, state, county, and city public funding contracts and multi-year grant awards toward community benefit programs, services, and facilities projects. She was ultimately responsible for the supervision of all program personnel, activities, budgets, operations, and outcomes, increasing the FTE staffing headcount by 600%. Jenny is a graduate of Messiah College with an individualized Bachelor of Arts degree in Community Empowerment: Anthropology, Literature, and History. She also earned a Master of Arts in Strategic Leadership at Messiah University. Jenny has served several nonprofits including her current support of the Foundation for Enhancing Communities Fund for Women and Girls, her role as Vice Chair on the Board of Trustees for the Pennsylvania STEAM Academy Charter School, prior service on state and county Emergency Food and Shelter Program boards, and as a core solutions partner with the United Way of the Capital Region.

Amy Fazio headshotAmy Fazio, MA is a Master Certified Strategic Planner, Facilitator, Speaker, and Nonprofit Growth Consultant. Over the past 30 years, Amy has helped hundreds of nonprofits advance their mission with a focus on strategic planning, leadership development, and fundraising strategy. Her experience and passion for community engagement and leadership include serving as CEO of a national trade association, an elected school board member and former candidate for PA State House, and a professor of Civic & Community Engagement at Penn State Beaver. She earned her master’s in public administration from Colorado State University. This broad and cross-sectional experience inspired Amy to create the Magnify Your Mission System® to help civic and nonprofit leaders save time and stress by expanding their leadership, organizational, and fundraising capacity.

Amy served on the boards of New Brighton Area School District, Airport Area Chamber of Commerce, RiverWise of Beaver County, and Women for the Future Pittsburgh.

Bob is a Certified Strategic Planner, National Licensed Consultant in the Standards of Excellence Program through Maryland Nonprofit Association, and a Higher Ground Leadership Certified Coach through the Secretan Leadership Center in Toronto, Ontario. Bob has served in various community roles as a Township Supervisor for Antrim Township in Franklin County Pennsylvania, an organizer and board member of the Greencastle-Antrim School District Education Foundation, and other community nonprofit organizations. He has provided leadership programs, strategic planning, team building, and coaching services for various organizations, including Target Distribution Centers, Sears Holding Company Distribution Centers, Volvo Construction Equipment, Veterans Administration Hospital in West Virginia, Choice Hotels, Lutheran Social Services of South-central Pennsylvania, and the Pennsylvania Association of Nonprofit Organizations.
