Standing on this foundation, the coach’s responsibility is to:

The SCP coaching process aligns with and is based on utilizing the eleven core competencies developed by the ICF, which identifies the skills and approaches used in professional coaching.

Individual and Executive Coaching F.A.Q.

Coaching provides individuals with personalized, confidential development support. Coaches also serve as a safe, objective sounding board for challenges individuals may be facing.

  • Leaders enrolled in executive coaching work with coaches to develop and implement personalized leadership and career goals aligned to leadership skills and competencies.
  • Individuals who are experiencing conflict can opt for conflict management coaching as a method to gain clarity and decide on next steps.
  • Life’s stresses and transitions can take us out of balance, health and wellness coaching can support us to thrive in these challenging times.

6 to 12 sessions completed within a year, and can be tailored to the needs of the individual.

There are three ways to be matched:

  1. Participant’s Choice: Participants choose their top coach preferences from a provided roster, and SCP assigns based on availability.
  2. Client Program Manager: If coaching is part of a broader program, the client program manager selects or helps SCP select a coach from the roster based on the participant’s needs, then coordinates the introduction.
  3. SCP Matches: SCP recommends a coach based on a brief participant survey or interview, ideal for those with limited time or support from internal program managers.
