Working with boards is one of our strongest areas of service. SCP’s team of nonprofit consultants have hands-on experience serving on (or leading) the boards of nonprofit organizations, and many also have years of involvement with fundraising committees and community outreach initiatives. Our consultants enlighten, motivate and inspire nonprofit boards of directors, through skill-building sessions and facilitated board retreats that help them to gain greater enthusiasm, accountability and adherence to the mission of the organization.

SCP has worked with nonprofits of all sizes and many disciplines across the country, around the world, and in our back yard to provide them with board training, strategic planning, board governance, fiscal responsibility and security, governance structure, and fundraising plans.
