As both a seasoned executive and board-certified health psychologist, she brings a deep understanding of human behavior and leadership dynamics. She serves as a thought partner and sounding board—never prescribing answers, but instead helping clients unlock their own potential, enhance resilience, and more effectively engage their teams. Her coaching is informed by evidence-based psychological principles and a belief that meaningful growth happens through reflection and courageous conversation.
In her role as President and CEO of the Military Child Education Coalition (MCEC®), Becky led a national nonprofit organization that supported military-connected children and families through policy advocacy, education, and outreach. Becky excelled as the primary spokesperson and strategic advisor to board members, stakeholders, and federal partners. She guided the organization through transformative growth, policy shifts, and partnership development across government and education sectors.
Becky began her Army career in 1984. Her service culminated in 2019 as a senior leader, commander, and Colonel in the U.S. Army Medical Department. She served in leadership roles including Commander of Public Health Command Europe, Director/Commander of the Pentagon’s TRICARE Health Clinic, and Commander of Dunham U.S. Army Health Clinic.
