Monica Gould Awarded Prestigious Chamber Business Achievement Award

On December 9, 2025, the West Shore Chamber of Commerce held its Annual Meeting and Awards Dinner to celebrate a year of success, inspiration, and community impact. Monica Gould, founder and CEO of Strategic Consulting Partners, was honored with the prestigious Business Achievement Award–a recognition of more than 31 years of leadership, service, and impact across Central Pennsylvania and beyond.

In her remarks, Monica reflected on the community that has shaped her journey and the mission that guides Strategic Consulting Partners today:

Thank you to the West Shore Chamber and the Central Pennsylvania community. When I returned here 23 years ago to relaunch Strategic Consulting Partners, you welcomed me and supported our vision. To our clients: for 31 years you have trusted us to walk alongside you. To my team: thank you for believing in our collective purpose of building organizational health and capacity. It is a privilege to be headquartered in Mechanicsburg, PA, surrounded by people who value and celebrate the impact we strive to make.
