Zaimah Khan is an expert in adult learning and development and passionate about partnering with individuals in their growth journey. She is a Coach, Author, and a Training and Organization Development Specialist and has worked with organizations like Association for Talent Development, National Aeronautics Space Administration, United States Postal Service, and Food and Drug Administration among others. Zaimah is passionate about the future of work and the importance of human skills as the workplace and workforce evolves and she published “Future-Minded: Preparing Today’s Youth for Tomorrow’s Workplace” in which she shares strategies for developing human skills in K-12 aged children.
She uses a human-centered coaching approach, which places the individual at the core of the coaching process. By emphasizing empathy, personalized goal setting, and a holistic perspective, Zaimah helps clients achieve profound personal and professional growth. She focuses on understanding and addressing the unique needs and aspirations of each client, empowering them to harness their strengths and navigate challenges with confidence. Zaimah believes that understanding and channeling our strengths for self-development and growth is a crucial differentiator for enhancing performance and resilience.
Zaimah offers career coaching services, strengths-based coaching, emotional intelligence coaching, and leadership coaching. In addition to coaching, she is a trainer, facilitator, and an organization development specialist.
She is an ICF certified Associate Certfied Coach (ACC), a Gallup Certified, Strengths Coach, Project Management Professional (PMP), Project Management Agile-Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Certified Change Management Practitioner (CCMP), Certified Diversity Professional (CDP), and Human Centered Design Practitioner. She is also certified in the following assessments: DiSC, EQi 2.0/EQ 360, Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team, and Gallup Strengths Finder. Zaimah holds a master’s in education in Instructional Design and spent 11 years teaching adults at Northern Virginia Community College.
