Vinod is an ICF-certified executive coach, business owner, trainer, and motivational speaker with extensive technology management and system engineering consulting experience with federal agency managers. He helps leaders at all levels build their leadership competencies to excel in their current jobs, manage new transitions and challenges, and lead people, projects, and programs. He is a TEDx speaker and the author of numerous scientific and freelance research articles and papers. 

 

He has nearly five years of leadership development coaching experience. He obtained the Leadership and Organizational Well-Being Coaching Certification from George Mason University and is certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as a professional coach (ACC level). As a coach, he provides executive coaching, training, and facilitation. He has designed, delivered, and facilitated nearly a dozen leadership development training workshops on leadership presence, personal resiliency, career transitions, and other related topics at MITRE Corporation and 40Plus of Greater Washington. He has also done pro-bono coaching for several Washington, DC-metro community organizations. 

 

Vinod has nearly 30 years of distinguished, senior-level technology management consulting experience, including collaboration with senior executives in the federal government. He has also served in corporate-level Direct Supervisor, Project Leader, and Task Leader roles with multiple local area consulting companies. He has proven skills in multiple technology and management consulting experience, including stakeholder analysis, strategic planning, change management, economics analysis, technology management, and project/portfolio management. 

 

Vinod has also served in adjunct faculty roles at Johns Hopkins University and the University of Phoenix. In these roles, he designed and developed instruction materials on financial management, contract management, and other topics.  

 

He holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of New Orleans and a Master’s and Undergraduate degrees from the George Washington University and University of Delhi, India. He is a member of the global International Coaching Federation and its DC Chapter Pro-Bono Coaching Committee. Vinod lives in Herndon, Virginia, with his wife and kids, and enjoys playing tennis and pickleball.
