Tom is an executive coach and leadership development expert, helping executives and their teams to optimize performance (around the globe). His mission is to uplift and inspire positive change in people. He has over 20 years of experience helping others attain their goals regarding career and leadership from the inside out. Mr. DiGiovanni is effective with leaders at all levels who seek to make a difference in their organizations.
Tom’s clients include the U.S. Navy, the Social Security Administration, Health and Human Services, and other government agencies; corporations such as SAP, Sony, eBay, and others; non-profits like Goodwill Industries International, AARP, and others; and many talented individuals and teams. Tom is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation and is certified on several personality assessments such as Hogan, MBTI, and Emotional Intelligence EQi 2.0.
Before coaching, Tom was a seasoned leader and executive who contributed to the success of some of the country’s most acclaimed educational media organizations, including Scholastic Inc., CBS/Columbia Records, Time-Life Books, National Geographic, PBS, and K12 Inc. He managed large teams of professionals and pioneered technology development in education.
Tom is on the board of directors for Young Artists of America, based at Strathmore Performing Arts Center in Bethesda, Maryland. He is also a featured contributor on the topic of Coaching in a Human Resources Degree Program at Cornell University.
