Todd is past President of the International Coaching Federation Metro DC Charter Chapter, ICF’s largest city chapter in the world with 1,100-plus members. Over the past six years, Todd has supported several SCP clients, including, but not limited to NRC, U.S. Space Force, Hospice, and Virginia Housing. He has used his unique combination of global experience in the private, public, and nonprofit sectors for over twenty years to help senior leaders navigate complexity, strengthen leadership presence, and lead through change with greater clarity, resilience and purpose.

He effectively leverages his strong cross-cultural and interpersonal skills that he honed while working as a trainer, facilitator, and coach with European leaders for thirteen years. Todd has native-level proficiency in French and has custom-designed and delivered training and coaching to clients in French and English across Europe, the United States, and Africa on issues including organizational change and strategy, adaptability, executive presence, well-being, increasing employee engagement, addressing self-limiting patterns that hinder effectiveness and building trust. He delivered executive coaching at NASA where he was the recipient of the Certificate of Exemplary Coaching Service. He also created and for 5 years led the Executive Coaching Program at the Office of the Chief Financial Officer, D.C. Government, supporting 25 executives responsible for 1700 employees and a $21 B budget. Todd has a Master in Intercultural Studies (MAICS) from Fuller Seminary School of Intercultural Studies.
