Dr. Suzie Carmack is an internationally recognized executive coach, yoga therapist, and thought leader passionate about helping leaders, teams, and organizations align their mind, body, heart, and spirit. With over 33 years of experience, she empowers clients to connect with their inner genius and create meaningful, values-driven impacts that reflect their authentic selves. Dr. Carmack’s work has touched over 100 organizations, including the Pan American/World Health Organization, U.S. Department of Defense, and U.S. Treasury Executive Institute, where she has designed and delivered evidence-based programs to foster resilience, compassion, and well-being. She is the best-selling author of Well-Being Ultimatum, Genius Breaks and Yoga for One, and multiple peer-reviewed journal articles and books on coaching methodology.

Dr. Carmack’s expertise is built on a PhD in Health Communication and certifications as an International Coaching Federation Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC). As a trained yoga therapist and former professor of yoga therapy, she integrates somatic (mind-body awareness) practices within her work as a coach and leadership development trainer, to create unique and transformative experiences for her clients. She is trained in Emotional Intelligence (EQ 2.0), Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), and the MyHardWired™ System, which she integrates into her coaching to help clients harmonize personal and professional goals. She has also developed evidence-informed well-being assessments and programs for leaders, teams, and organizations.

As an award-winning coach trainer and well-being program designer, Dr. Carmack created the first-ever resilience program for senior U.S. Air Force leaders; the first-ever compassionate leadership training for S.E.S. leaders for the U.S. Treasury Executive Institute; and the first-ever workplace wellness program promoting mindfulness and kindness at work for the World Health Organization. As a coaching scholar, she has co-authored multiple peer-reviewed articles, book chapters, and books that share best practices in the coaching field.
