Shikina is a results-driven life coach, business owner, and military veteran with over 26 years of leadership experience in logistics, compliance, and operations. With a strong foundation in goal setting, skill-building, and personal development, Shikina specializes in empowering professionals through coaching, workshops, and consulting. She is skilled in effective communication, active listening, and guiding clients through self-exploration to achieve their personal and professional goals.

As an ICF Coach, Shikina has led seven impactful workshops for over 300 women, focusing on topics such as leadership development, communication, team building, goal setting, conflict resolution, vision boarding, and stress management. She has also provided coaching services to individuals and couples navigating life transitions, helping them build resilience and adaptability. Shikina’s approach integrates neuroscience-based techniques and a faith-centered perspective to support clients in achieving lasting transformation.

Shikina holds an MBA from Troy University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of South Carolina Columbia. She is a Certified Prepare/Enrich Facilitator and an active member of several professional organizations, including the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the World Wide Women’s Association (WWA).
