Shikina Tellis is a leadership coach, business owner, and military veteran with over 26 years of experience leading in high-stakes environments across logistics, compliance, and operations. She is the founder of TWS Coaching and Consulting Group, where she helps professionals, leaders, and veterans who are doing all the right things but feel stretched, unclear, or stuck regain clarity, strengthen decision-making, and move forward with intention.

Her work is grounded in a simple principle: Lead Yourself First. Build Momentum that Lasts. When individuals learn to lead their thoughts, energy, and priorities, they not only create better results in their own lives, they also become more effective, grounded, and confident leaders for others, driving stronger team performance and clearer direction.

As an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Shikina blends real-world leadership experience with evidence-based tools, emotional intelligence, and a values-driven approach to support sustainable, lasting transformation. Her approach helps clients move from overwhelm and self-doubt to clarity, confidence, and consistent action, enabling leaders to make sound decisions and execute with greater effectiveness.

Through TWS Coaching, Shikina has supported over 600 professionals and veterans through coaching and facilitated impactful workshops on leadership, communication, team dynamics, emotional intelligence, and well-being, helping leaders improve communication, strengthen team effectiveness, and translate strategy into action.

She holds an MBA from Troy University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of South Carolina. She has completed graduate-level coursework in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and holds a Diploma in Mental Health Coaching, strengthening her ability to support clients with both practical strategy and deeper self-awareness.

Shikina is a Certified Prepare/Enrich Facilitator and an active member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and Business Networking International (BNI). In addition to coaching, she partners with organizations and community groups to support leadership development, workforce readiness, and successful career transitions, equipping leaders and teams to improve performance without sacrificing well-being.
