Parker Schaffel is a Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths Coach and leadership instructor with a diverse client base spanning government, nonprofit, and corporate sectors, including supporting some of the largest companies in the United States, like Amazon and ExxonMobil.
Parker has worked with individuals and teams at all levels of organizations, from entry-level professionals to CEOs. He specializes in taking teams from great to superb by harnessing their individual and collective strengths to get them to unlock potential, gain new perspectives, and achieve more than they have before. He also delivers modules on conflict management, conflict resolution, and vulnerability (among other topics) to help teams build deeper connections to one another. In short, Parker gets people to have very hard conversations in very respectful and productive ways.
Prior to starting his own coaching practice, he taught leadership courses at the CIA and Partnership for Public Service from 2009-2022. In addition to his civilian background, Parker is a veteran, having served in the US Navy Reserve as an intelligence officer from 2009-2017.
