An executive coach and facilitator, Michele brings over 30 years of corporate and consulting experience as a recognized C-suite and human resources leader. Michele believes everyone is a leader and partners with others to help them realize their most fulfilling lives personally and professionally.  

A strong organizational and talent development professional, Michele effectively integrates Human Resources best practices with organizational strategic goals. Specific areas of focus for her clients include leadership and management development, succession planning, career services and transition coaching, performance improvement, employee engagement, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving. Michele has broad experience in various workplace settings, including federal contractors, publicly traded, privately held, profit and nonprofit, domestic, and global organizations. 

Michele spent a lifetime as a human resources professional and holds a Senior Certified Professional Certification (SHRM-SCP) from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation. From 2001 to 2022, Michele served as the Executive Vice President of Human Resources for National Cooperative Bank. Since leaving NCB, Michele has served as an adjunct faculty member of the Catholic University of America and Prince George’s Community College. She also serves as an external training facilitator to many of the college’s corporate clients. 

Michele has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, a master’s degree from Johns Hopkins University, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore. A past board chair of the SHRM Foundation and past board member of SHRM, Michele currently serves on the board of directors for the Immigration Law and Justice Network. 

Michele has co-authored several professional human resources anthologies, including Imagination@Work (Silver Tree Publishing, 2019). Her chapter, “Coaching in the Workplace,” outlines her coaching philosophy of helping others find their purpose and passion. 

A native of Baltimore, Maryland, Michele and her husband reside in the District of Columbia with their rescue canine pup. Outside of coaching and facilitating, Michele enjoys traveling, going to the theater, and reading.
