Linda is a trusted executive coach with over 12 years of experience supporting leaders and teams through clarity, change, and growth. Her coaching empowers leaders to elevate how they lead and live by activating their strengths, overcoming limiting beliefs integrating their faith into daily life, and creating greater impact.

 

Linda founded a coaching and training LLC, Evolving Higher LLC, and is credentialed as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coach Federation (ICF). Her impressive client portfolio includes corporate executives, military general officers, leaders in federal agencies, entrepreneurs, and individuals across the U.S. and globally. She is skilled in administering and training with DISC assessments, analyzing 360 Leadership assessments, and facilitating group and team coaching as a certified group coach. With over a decade of experience leading teams, she also served as an ICF Mentor Coach for over five years and a trainer for a globally recognized coaching institute for over two years.

For more than 12 years, she has helped clients achieve transformative personal and professional growth.  Her coaching approach helps leaders to address a wide range of challenges such as leader-confidence, activating strengths, redefining success, examining negative habits, burnout, creating calm during rapid change, spiritual growth, health and personal relationships.

She is the creator of the innovative six-month group coaching program Release, Refocus & Renew, designed to help women overcome mid-life challenges that impact their well-being. She is also the author of Overcoming: Stories of Triumph Through Faith, an Amazon best-seller, and is a speaker for businesses, conferences, nonprofit organizations, and women’s ministries.

Before founding her coaching practice, she retired from a distinguished federal career, culminating as the Air Force Senior Advisor on military family programs and policies. In this role, she oversaw all policies that ensured excellence in family readiness, resilience, and quality-of-life programs and initiative Air Force-wide.  Her responsibilities included evaluating the impact of these initiatives, advocating for resources, and advising on high-level projects such as the White House Military Family & Veterans Employment Initiatives. Recognized for her expertise and leadership, senior Air Force staff frequently sought her as a mentor.

Linda has a master’s degree in clinical social work from the University of Alabama. When not coaching, she loves spending time with family and friends, traveling, sharing her faith, learning, and going to the beach and the mountains.
