Lea is a PCC-credentialed executive coach and leadership development professional with over a decade of experience designing and delivering innovative coaching programs for diverse clients. My technical background combined with my practical coaching methodology enables me to create transformative experiences for individuals navigating career transitions, leadership challenges, and organizational growth.

With over 10 years of professional coaching experience internationally, I’ve dedicated my career to developing leaders across a variety of industries. In the education sector, I recently led a 15-person coaching team supporting over 5,000 mid-career professionals transitioning into tech roles. Our work spanned curriculum design, one-on-one coaching, and group facilitation. I oversaw both the training of career coaches and the direct preparation of students for high-demand positions at Fortune 100 companies.

Through my consulting practice, I’ve conducted executive coaching engagements for aspiring C-suite leaders, focusing on competency development through customized 360 assessments and leadership frameworks. My facilitation experience includes workshops on emotional intelligence, strategic planning, networking, communication, and career development at places like Deloitte, U.S. Chamber of Commerce, MakeOffices, PMI, and most recently LHH and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

My coaching approach integrates data-driven insights with human-centered design thinking to create practical solutions for complex leadership challenges. I bring strong ICF ethics in session which blend a balance of accountability with empathy, helping clients identify strengths and gaps in their transferable and technical skills through objective assessments, self-reflection, and awareness. My work focuses on creating sustainable change for people and organizations through aligning core competency growth with personal development and organizational needs.

My coaching has empowered executives and teams across government agencies, nonprofits, and corporations to achieve measurable outcomes. At General Assembly, I revamped a coaching program serving 5,000 annual participants, increased business net promoter scores 20 points, and achieved average career placement rates of 90% in 6 months following completion of programs. I’ve designed and facilitated transformative workshops for multiple companies with exit survey scores 9.4/10 for usefulness and practical application post-session.

In my private practice, I continue to partner with mid-level professionals to identify their executive competency gaps, successfully navigate organizational change, and develop more effective leadership styles that cascade positive impact throughout their organizations.
