Jessica has five-plus years and over 500 hours of coaching mid- to senior-level clients at global non-profits, corporations, government, and at the U.N. Some of her organizational clients include: FAA, FTC, Bayer, World Wildlife Fund, Dupont, NARA, AB InBev, Salesforce, BioGen, Google, Chevron, U.N. Environment Program, and eBay.  She also provided pro-bono coaching to Halcyon and Friendship Place employees. She has been a BetterUp Distinguished Fellow Coach since 2021.

She has created and conducted leadership training for the National Association of Environmental Managers, the Society of International Development, the International Society of Sustainability Professionals, and the Women’s Sustainability Leadership Association. She has held leadership functions throughout her career in the private sector. She is currently serving as Director of Corporate and Partner Engagement at the Science Based Targets Network – an environmental initiative involving 200-plus organizations from around the world. Jessica has bachelor’s degrees in biology and history from Messiah College as well as a Master of Science from Yale University.

Jessica takes a strengths-based and practical approach in helping her clients achieve their full potential and enjoy a life of purpose and passion. Jessica believes in the power of setting and meeting small goals to build self-efficacy and confidence. She believes that joy helps fuel the serious work of transformation. As such, she infuses humor and fun throughout the coaching journey. Her leadership coaching specialties include executive presence, delegation, setting expectations, providing feedback, holding people accountable, communication skills, influence, strategic thinking, managing emotions, and building and managing a cohesive team.  Given her background in science and product development, she works effectively with those in analytical and technical professions.
