Bryan Miles is an executive and team coach with over 20 years of experience helping leaders navigate complexity, lead with clarity, and build organizations that thrive through change. As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation and a certified ORSC (Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching) practitioner, he specializes in leadership development, team dynamics, and organizational transformation. His approach is deeply developmental, grounded in tools like the Leadership Decision-Making Assessment (LDMA), adult development theory, and the VCoL™ (Virtuous Cycle of Learning) framework, with a focus on supporting long-term, sustainable growth.

Bryan’s coaching practice spans C-suite leaders, senior executives, and high-performing teams across public, private, and nonprofit sectors. He works with clients navigating transitions, scaling organizations, stepping into larger leadership roles, or cultivating stronger alignment across functions and stakeholders. Whether working one-on-one or facilitating team sessions, Bryan brings a balance of structure and curiosity, helping clients ask better questions, see themselves more clearly, and take action that aligns with their values and goals.

In addition to coaching, he has led large-scale transformation initiatives across organizations like FEMA, CMS, Boston Scientific, and DC Public Schools. He served as a Lead Developmental Coach, Acting Chief of Staff, and strategy facilitator, all roles that inform my practical, systems-oriented approach to coaching. Bryan has also coached and mentored aspiring coaches through the ICF credentialing process, bringing a coach-the-coach mindset to every engagement.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in music education from George Mason University and completed graduate-level work in music performance at the University of North Texas. My early career in public education continues to shape my belief in human potential, and my work today is rooted in the conviction that leadership is learnable and that organizations grow best when their people do. I’m based in Savannah, GA, and work with clients across the U.S. and internationally.
