She has a master’s degree in human resources management and coaching certifications from iPEC and specializes in career development, leadership training, and personal growth.

Bianca’s approach is empathetic and results-driven, providing clients with the tools and support to set and achieve ambitious goals. Having successfully guided countless clients through transformative journeys, Bianca is passionate about fostering growth, enhancing skills, and helping people achieve their version of success.

Bianca has worked for Amazon, Chewy, Paychex, and Silicon Valley Bank. Over the years, Bianca coached and partnered with business leaders in compliance, culture, succession planning, talent development, and employee relations. In her free time, she is a mentor and career coach for a non-profit called America Needs You (ANY). Bianca is passionate about helping people and companies meet their goals and objectives.

When not coaching, Bianca enjoys playing with her Jack Russell terrier, watching Marvel movies and shows, putting together jigsaw puzzles, attending workout classes, and connecting with friends and family, further enriching a balanced and fulfilling life.
