Amy has over 19 years of experience as a leadership coach and facilitator of senior-level projects with Children’s Action Alliance, Harvest Healthcare, the Food and Drug Administration, the U.S. Postal Service, the Health and Human Services Office of Inspector General, the Housing and Urban Development Office of Inspector General, the National Institutes of Health, CareFirst Blue Cross Blue Shield FEPOC, and other Federal agencies.  

Amy holds a master of Organization Development from American University and professional certification in coaching (PCC-CTI), Appreciative Inquiry (Case Western Reserve/NTL), Change Management (Prosci), EQi/EQi 360, Mediation, Enneagram 2.0, and Firo-B. Her naturally positive approach, energy, and desire to see clients succeed and thrive enhance her training and experience.
