PHASE 1

Develop a Project Management Plan

We prioritize project planning at the beginning of the project and throughout the strategic process, collaborating closely with organizational leaders to ensure all project priorities are fully aligned with your overall strategy.

PHASE 2

Assess Organization

We conduct comprehensive internal and external stakeholder engagement activities and an internal documents assessment through a data call to thoroughly assess your organization, with a strong focus on gathering insights from staff, leadership, and the board (if applicable), as well as external stakeholders such as partners, community members, and funders when relevant.

PHASE 3

Establish Strategic Priorities and Goals

We collaboratively establish strategic priorities by facilitating staff and board retreats, where collaborative discussions help identify key objectives and lay the foundation for a strategic roadmap that seamlessly aligns with the broader comprehensive strategic plan.

PHASE 4

Develop the Strategic Plan

Throughout this phase, we work hand-in-hand with your leadership team to collaboratively draft, refine, and finalize a strategic plan that reflects your organization’s vision, incorporates diverse perspectives, and ensures alignment with your long-term goals.

PHASE 5

Finalize and Present the Strategic Plan

In the final phase, we present the completed strategic plan to organizational leadership, ensuring all key stakeholders are aligned and prepared for successful implementation.

PHASE 6

Provide Support to Implement the Plan (Optional)

Our optional implementation assistance ensures that your strategic planning activities are translated into actionable steps, with clear staff assignments and ongoing evaluation and check-ins to keep your strategy on track.
