In October 2024, Strategic Consulting Partners celebrated our 30th business anniversary with a client appreciation reception, awards, and a special video presentation. “The Story of Strategic Consulting Partners” is Founder and Owner Monica Gould’s journey from a team of one in 1994 to more than 30 employees spanning the country and serving clients around the globe. In it, she shares a glimpse into the early beginnings of Strategic Consulting Partners and is joined by several clients who share heartwarming gratitude for SCP’s excellence, professionalism, and impact on their organizations.

“2024 is a milestone year for us in many ways. It’s a time of tremendous gratitude to our first clients, our early partners who believed in the mission of SCP, our current clients who have helped us reach double-digit growth, and most importantly, our immensely talented and dedicated team,” says Monica. There are 37 million small businesses in the U.S. and surprisingly 50% fail in the first year. Even more surprisingly, fewer than 5% ever reach 30 years in business! But the evening revealed that clients, partners, and dignitaries felt Strategic Consulting Partners was very special!

“I am honored that so many business leaders, clients, elected officials, and guests joined to celebrate our milestone. Special thanks to Lt. Governor Austin Davis for a very special Proclamation; to Dauphin County Commissioner Mike Pries for announcing that October 17 was Strategic Consulting Partners Day in Harrisburg; to Harrisburg Regional Chamber & CREDC President Ryan Unger and West Shore Chamber President George Book for congratulatory wishes. And to Cumberland County Commissioners Gary Eichelberger and Kelly Neiderer for sharing special remarks, Pennsylvania State Representative Sheryl Delozier for a special Citation, and to Pennsylvania State Senator Greg Rothman for his Citation. We appreciate all of our partners and clients!” says Monica.
