Monica Gould has done it again – she has made the SCP team proud!

We are thrilled to announce that our visionary and hard-working President Monica A. Gould has been chosen by the staff of the Central Penn Business Journal as one of the Top 100 most influential people in Central Pennsylvania. This incredible honor is given to leaders across the region who shape communities and make decisions that improve the quality of life of fellow Pennsylvanians. Power 100 Awardees include leaders in government agencies, corporations, professional services firms, nonprofit organizations, and academia.

Her community engagement and tireless efforts to support organizations across all sectors have impacted thousands of leaders in our community who are working to make Central Pennsylvania a better place.

SCP’s Background

After spending ten years at two Fortune 100 companies, Monica founded Strategic Consulting Partners in 1994, and since that time has grown the company into the multi-sector full-service management consulting firm that it is today. “Starting small as a ‘solopreneur’ allowed me to explore the different needs of clients in the various sectors. As consultant, it can be tough to figure out the specific niche to focus on, and the beauty of starting small is that if something doesn’t seem like a good fit, you can pivot and try a new approach,” she said.

In the 26 years since its founding, Strategic Consulting Partners has grown exponentially. Clients now include federal, state and local government agencies, national and regional nonprofits, and corporations. “Our firm has grown and evolved over time by learning and adapting our services to meet current market and industry needs and by striving for 100% client-satisfaction ratings,” she said.
